Our experienced and knowledgeable sales team receive regular training updates from all of the principal brands we represent, ensuring that they are able to offer the best solution based proposals to the extensive array of customer specific requirements that are received on a daily basis. Whether it is a standard range tool that will help improve our customers’ productivity and provide an excellent return on investment, or a bespoke special design or modified standard tool the flexible approach of our sales team with the full support of our principals ensures that H.E.S. Sales will always provide the best solution based approach.
Our technical services team provide a first class in-house repair, testing and servicing capability utilising state of the art repair, test and calibration equipment, within both of our first class service centre facilities, located in Daventry & Rotherham. Our services team is a mixture of experience and youth with a defined and fully implemented knowledge and experience transfer process, in place to ensure that our almost 50 years of specialist knowledge and experience is passed from generation to generation within the business.
Our dedicated team is the foundation for the building blocks of our service first philosophy, from our most experienced longest serving employees, with over 30 years dedicated service, within the business, to our latest newly recruited apprentices, without exception everyone in the team supports the company strategy and culture. The shareholders are also actively involved within the business and their confidence in the future is clearly evidenced by the investment, in 2016, of over £1.5million in our new Daventry based head office.
