- Choice of 3-way dual-purpose valve (advance/auto retract for crimping and cutting and advance/hold/retract for lifting) and 4-way manual valve with load holding
- 3-way and 4-way valves available with or without externally adjustable pressure relief valve and pressure gauge
- Ingress protection tested and IP55 rated
Product Overview
The HEP1 electric driven, pendant controlled compact pumps are built for a wide variety of industrial applications and combine robust performance, flexible configuration, and ease of transport.
With a two-stage pump design, the HEP1 delivers exceptional efficiency and speed. The 1st stage delivers oil up to 2.6 litres per minute, while the 2nd stage delivers 0.36 litres per minute for precise high-pressure operation (60 Hz models deliver approximately 15-20% higher flow rates). HEP1 pumps operate up to a maximum working pressure of 700 bar and include an automatic low-to-high pressure changeover for seamless performance.
The HEP1 range offers a choice of electric motors and control valves, allowing users to configure the pump to meet operational needs. Its compact design with integral carrying handle ensures easy transportation while the rugged design and IP55 rating keep it running in the toughest industrial environments.

Note:
1) All 110V and 230V models are supplied to run at 50 Hz as standard, refer to the table for pumps with 60 Hz motor. 60 Hz models operate at 120V and 220V and deliver approximately 15-20% higher flow rate.
2) Pumps with a suffix 'R' in the model number are fitted with an externally adjustable relief valve and glycerine filled pressure gauge.
