Product Overview

RenQuip has developed a range of spark-resistant flange spreading tools designed to safely separate flange joints without generating sparks.

Manufactured using bronze and available as individual jaws and stepped blocks compatible with the FSW flange spreaders, these tools support flange separation during installation, maintenance, testing, and decommissioning while minimising ignition risks in hazardous areas.

Although the contact surfaces are manufactured from certified non-sparking bronze, the internal structure retains high-strength forged steel to ensure durability, load integrity, and a reliable safety factor.

For use in hazardous environments
Individual components can be retrofitted to FSW17 and FSW9 tools
