Product Overview
RenQuip’s FSW Series flange spreading tools provide a reliable solution for separating flange joints during installation, maintenance, testing, or decommissioning activities.
The range includes both hydraulic and mechanical wedge options capable of accessing gaps as narrow as 6 mm and delivering spreading force up to 163 kN (36644 lbf). When used in pairs, as recommended, for an even separation of the mating faces of a flange joint, the FSW tools can achieve spreading distances up to 81 mm with the aid of stepped blocks, enabling efficient gasket and seal ring replacement, as well as flange face maintenance and testing.
