Product Overview
RenQuip AT Series flange alignment tools are specifically designed to correct or prevent both linear and rotational misalignment in flange joints during pipework installation, commissioning or routine maintenance. Offered in hydraulic and mechanical models, these tools allow for precise bolt-hole realignment and correction of flange rotation without manual strain, providing up to 90kN (20,227 lbf) of alignment force.
Engineered for convenience and safety, RenQuip alignment tools remove the need for external supports or rigging. They are lightweight, portable, and can be used alongside RenQuip's flange spreaders to achieve accurate flange alignment and with minimal operational downtime.
- Maximum alignment force of up to 90kN (20,227 lbf)
- Maximum pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi)
- Minimum bolt hole diameter 15 to 35.5mm (0.59" to 1.4")
